• Age 24 to 30 years

• Knowledge of state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.

• Professional experience of CSS Framework and React component library like Bootstrap, Tailwind, Material UI, Ant Design etc.

• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (e.g., Babel, Webpack, npm).

• Familiarity with React native will be plus.

• Understanding of cross-browser compatibility and accessibility standards.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Attention to detail and a passion for writing clean, maintainable code.

• Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js).

• Develop high-quality, scalable, and responsive web applications using React, Redux, and JavaScript.

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.

• Knowledge of version control systems, such as Git, code collaboration tools (e.g., GitHub).

• Understanding of RESTful APIs and backend development concepts.

• Good common sense and understand the logic and data design structure.

• Implement new features and optimize existing functionality to ensure high performance and scalability.

• Collaborate with backend developers and other stakeholders to integrate frontend components with the backend systems.

• Solid understanding of fundamental web technologies such as HTTP, REST, AJAX Websockets and JSON.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend development trends and technologies. Troubleshoot and debug frontend issues to ensure a smooth user experience. Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
