Education:
• Receive and attend incoming customer calls professionally.
• Provide accurate information about company products and services.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback efficiently.
• Maintain customer records and update information in the system.
• Make follow-up calls when required.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer issues.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a positive company image.
• Perform front desk reception duties and assist visitors when necessary.
• Prepare daily call reports and administrative reports.
• Any other duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
• Minimum HSC / Bachelor's degree (preferred).
• Good communication skills in Bangla and basic English.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Internet Browsing).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Previous experience in customer service or call center will be an advantage.
