Candidates must have experience in rice milling.
Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee entire rice milling operations, including cleaning, de-husking, polishing, grading, and packaging support.
Monitor production flow and ensure machines run with maximum efficiency and minimal downtime.
Adjust milling parameters (pressure, speed, temperature, water polish, etc.) to achieve desired quality.
Maintain correct moisture levels and ensure proper handling of raw paddy and finished rice.
Supervise machine operators, helpers, and shift workers during milling operations.
Inspect milling machinery, conveyors, elevators, polishers, separators, and graders for smooth functioning.
Report mechanical issues and coordinate with maintenance teams for timely repairs.
