Job Context:
∎ Hosaf Edible Oil Industres Limited in Bangladesh is looking for Foreman, who must honest, energetic Punctual and at least minimum three years practical work experience in factory environment.
∎ Candidates will get the extra priority, if they have practical experience in the reputed factory.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To supervise overall production processes and ensure the product quality by implementing corrective and preventive action along with root cause analysis.
∎ To help and motivate the manufacturing staff to achieve goals by proper monitoring and guideline.
∎ Keep records of all the quality parameters during new sample development.
∎ Responsible to ensure the incoming raw materials, packaging Materials, painting Materials etc meeting the quality standard.
∎ Counseling employees on how to achieve an optimal output or workflow.
∎ Maintain a clean and safe environment for all workers.

∎ The Applicant must have experience Minimum 3 years in factory environment.
∎ Smooth communication skill
∎ Able to work under pressure and control in factory environment.
∎ Ability to lead control and motivate the productive force.
