∎ Should have Masters or Bachelor from reputed Public or Privet University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Fully responsible for all aspects of all departments of the company.
∎ Set up and support with all factory and Head of Departments in all aspects of running this company
∎ Conduct regular operation team meeting with the HOD daily / weekly to discuss routine operational matters, sales targets, guest feedback and action taken for service recovery and also any staff issues of the company with strategic business unit.
∎ Monitor the co-ordination between all departments for smooth and efficient operations.
∎ Dealing with suppliers / Vendors for quality products involving purchase manager and providing performance assessment of vendors every quarter.
∎ Monitor the co-ordination between all departments for smooth and efficient operations.
∎ Keep liaison with government body and regulatory authorities.
∎ To have adequate administrative power
∎ Must have flexible and enthusiastic person by nature with ability to work for long hour.
∎ Capable handle stress and pressure
∎ Able to take challenges with problem solving attitude.

∎ The Applicant must have experience Minimum 5 years as a Project Manager or senior level in reputed Edible Oil Company.
∎ Special skill in run edible oil factory.
∎ Strong written and spoken communication both English and Bangla
∎ Able to work under pressure and control large number of multi tasks .
∎ Ability to lead control and motivate to result oriented effective work.
