Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/MBM/Master’s degree in any discipline preferably with commerce background having no 3rd class in academic records.
∎ S/he must be computer literate.
∎ Obtained any professional degree in Islamic Banking or Islamic Banking Diploma will be added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable of marketing the Foreign Trade business and evaluate potential customer’s creditworthiness.
∎ Lead the Foreign Trade Team to cater all types of Foreign Trade Services.
∎ GFT, Import/Export policy order & International rules in force.
∎ Rules and regulations of the country as well as the cross border transactions as per UCPDC, ISBP, URR, URC & INCOTERMS.
∎ Documentation process & proper procedure for complying trade transactions.
∎ Regulatory reporting to Bangladesh Bank and others.
∎ Issuance of all types of Guarantees & Settlements of claims as per URDG.
∎ To assist Head of Branch to achieve profit target and to maintain customer services.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 08-10 years working experiences in Islamic Banking including minimum 3 years of experiences as Foreign Trade In-charge of Islamic Banking Authorized Dealer Corporate Branch.
∎ Age not over 40 years (Age limit may be relaxed for highly qualified/skilled and business oriented personnel)
∎ Candidates who started their career as Management Trainee/ Probationary Officer from any Islamic Bank will be given preference.
∎ Sound knowledge on Islamic Banking Products, Guidelines on regulatory authority and operational activities.
∎ Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in both Bangla and English.
