∎ The applicants should have good knowledge about Food Technology & Laboratory.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in all quality control assurance activities.
∎ Assist in quality assurance/quality control in the factory: raw materials (Wheat), packing and finished goods & other by-products.
∎ Regular checking of raw material before going for the production process.
∎ Perform regular inspections throughout the mill.
∎ Report to reporting boss time to time.
∎ Knowledge of production techniques, equipment, and industry best practices.
∎ Familiarity with food safety regulations, quality control standards, and sanitation practices in the food industry.
