Experience:

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

Education:
∎ Diploma, Bachelor of Science (BSc), Master of Science (MSc)
∎ Should have B.Sc. in Relevant subject of Food Engineering/Food Processing Engineering/Food Engineering /Food Technology degree from a UGC-approved university.
∎ Candidate having Master’s degree in Relevant subject of Food Engineering/Food Processing Engineering/Food Engineering/Food Technology degree) will be given preference.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To analyze all Raw/PM & finished goods as per SOP.
∎ To conduct physical, chemical and microbiological tests at internal or external laboratories.
∎ Develop new test procedures and reagents for conducting tests.
∎ Assist operations & all quality functions in tracking, documenting & reporting quality KPI's.
∎ Good Knowledge on Chanachur, Instant Noodles, Chips, Puffed Rice, Lascha Shemai etc.
