Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ M.Sc. /B.Sc. Degree in Chemistry/Applied Chemistry/Chemical Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have broad knowledge of food products and various raw materials available home and abroad.
∎ Collect samples of raw materials and in-process materials for quality control
∎ testing.
∎ Perform a variety of analytical tests to ensure compliance with established specifications and standards.
∎ Follow up on in-process quality control activities to identify and address consistency and quality.
∎ Participate in ISO-related activities of the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with ISO standards. Assist in audits and maintain relevant documentation.
∎ Perform activities for new products and formulating new products using raw materials and documenting the process.
∎ Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all quality control activities and conduct all quality QC Chemical tests.
∎ To confirm product quality through input materials of RM & PM, process material and out put material of finished Goods with wastage.
∎ Perform environmental requirements and compliance standards activities.
∎ Provide analytical support for product development projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve desired product specifications
∎ Gather samples of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products in accordance with the sampling plan and prepare them for analysis by following the appropriate laboratory procedures.
∎ Perform various chemical tests and examine samples using various laboratory equipment and instruments.
∎ Ensure that all testing procedures are carried out in compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards.
∎ Supervise the lab staff to ensure that quality control activities are maintained.
∎ Ensure that all instruments used in the laboratory and its surroundings are clean
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Willing to work in Factory
∎ 2 to 3 years of experience
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Knowledge of ISO quality standards and quality management systems.
∎ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
∎ Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
∎ Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
