Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain liaison with Bangladesh Bank and access the soft loan window for the clients.
∎ Act as the focal point for clientele supervision, MIS and relevant activities for green portfolio management.
∎ Responsible for evaluation of environmental and social risks associated with the lending operations of the Bank and its operations.
∎ Meet the organizational deliverables for different multilateral stakeholders and donor agencies.
∎ Ensure organizational capacity by arranging training/capacity development session in terms of environmental & social issues
∎ Rollout the environmental and social risks projects, policies within the organization and act under the guidance of the Sustainable Finance Department, Bangladesh Bank
∎ Formulate relevant policy/strategies; develop plans to mobilize resources to attain the organizational goal in terms of environmental and social risks.
∎ Assist the CSR team to support regulatory reporting and ensure proper implementation of regulatory directives.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in the relevant field is mandatory
∎ Ability to lead a dynamic team
∎ Expert in customer centricity, ownership & delivering results, integrity, collaboration and developing others
