Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Monthly sales target and control to implement it.
∎ Develop strong relationships with Customers (internal-External).
∎ Ability to handle Clients and satisfy them (as per the Service Policy of the organization)
∎ Maintain all activities of the shop like operation, administration, inventory, health and hygiene.
∎ Responsible to clean the shop and products
∎ Keeping product inventory and providing products according to customer offers and promotions
∎ Regularly check product expiry date and report to line manager.
∎ Maximize sales and profitability of the brand
∎ Sales growths must be enhanced 40% from joining of yours within one year.
∎ Ensure effective Stock and Space Management.
∎ Setting goal clearly and managing it in a leadership method
∎ Motivate employees to reach goal or success
∎ Check in with employees to ensure they're making progress.
∎ Typically responsible for training to new employees as well as performing also promoting employees
∎ Responsible for administrative tasks their duties might include:
∎ Planning about necessary and important daily work of shop.
∎ Filling out employee schedules recording of their accomplishment.
∎ Creating and Distributing Staffs daily tasks.
∎ Collecting and completing appropriate paper work for licensing or legal requirement.
∎ Handling Expenses and managing according to yearly or monthly budget guideline.
∎ To do any other tasks assigned by the Management

∎ Age 30 to 40 years
