Job Context:
∎ We are looking for the right talent for this position who has expertise on Operator, Printing. The Operator- Printing is Mid-level position and will be held responsible and accountable for the smooth running of company`s overall Flatbed Printing Function.
∎ Job location will be Factory Office- Bhaluka, Mymensingh.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate must have a good understanding about various type of prints. Such as, Pigment, White Discharge, Color Discharge, Glitter, Burn Out etc.
∎ Ensure print registration, color coverage & penetration, squeegee pressure and strokes as needed for printing a particular design.
∎ Must be proactive and capable to take decisions instantly.
∎ Must be able to determine print dry and curing temperature.
∎ Must check roll to roll/ batch to batch color shades and print quality.
∎ Must have good perception of color shades and sense of quality in printing.
∎ Ability to print any kind of design on any kind of fabric.
∎ Coordination with fabric batch supervisor(s) and arrange fabrics for bulk according to production plan.
∎ Ability to recognize fabrics and determine print & processes related thereto.
∎ Ability to work under pressure to accomplish the assigned tasks.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 Years of experience in a large reputed Textile factory
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production Management (Printing)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile
∎ Candidate must have to computer knowledge.
∎ Operating basic computer software.
∎ Ability to communicate in English & Bengali both.
