Job Context:
∎ We are an INTERNATIONAL BUYING HOUSE doing business in Bangladesh for more than 26 years.
∎ We are looking to recruit urgent a dynamic, hardworking and self-motivated
∎ professional for our Liaison Office in Dhaka for the following position:
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Checking the samples for quality, fit and feasibility in terms of production technology until the
∎ production release is issued.
∎ Commenting on sample with attention to detail on required workmanship and fitting.
∎ Creation of measurement tables, grading and measurement concepts
∎ Knowledge of pattern making.
∎ Prepared technical specifications for suppliers based on customer requirement.
∎ Prepared accessories list for suppliers based on styling.
∎ Ensuring quality standards and processing guidelines from client.
∎ Follow-up sample submission deadline.
∎ Close cooperation with our German Technician, BD Merchandiser, and suppliers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Fit & Garment Construction
∎ Pattern making
∎ Product Development
∎ CAD Software (preferable "Lectra Software", but not conditional).
∎ Practical experience with the 3D-Clo Fashion Design Software would be an advantage.
∎ Safe handling of PC/Microsoft Office/Adobe Illustrator.
∎ Good written and spoken English.
∎ Ability to work in a team and willingness to travel.
