Retired Army Officer having relevant experience shall be given preference.
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement fire safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
Conduct regular fire risk assessments and safety inspections.
Maintain and monitor fire alarm, detection, and suppression systems.
Organize fire drills and emergency evacuation exercises.
Train staff on fire prevention, firefighting equipment use, and evacuation plans.
Ensure proper storage and handling of flammable or hazardous materials.
Act as first responder during fire incidents and coordinate with emergency services.
Keep detailed records of inspections, maintenance, and incidents.
Ensure fire safety signage and escape routes are visible and unobstructed.
Liaise with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with fire safety laws.
