Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Com/ B.Com from any reputed public university. Education may be relaxed for highly deserving candidates

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure successful activities in Finishing Department maintaining smooth control over everything.
∎ Achieve daily target and manage delivery on-time assuring least (reasonably acceptable) rejection.
∎ Handle external and internal technical audits ensuring timely shipment as per buyer requirement.
∎ Follow up shipment plan and achieve set packing targets, quick balancing finishing lines etc. as when required
∎ Optimize finishing manpower allocation, manpower turnover, absenteeism etc. as per plan.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.

Salary: Negotiable
