Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CMA are preferred.
∎ Proven work experience as a Finance & Account Manager or similar role in the Food & Beverage industry.
∎ Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting standards.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and reporting.
∎ Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, management reports, and financial analysis.
∎ Develop and implement financial strategies and initiatives to drive profitability and optimize financial performance.
∎ Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and ensure effective treasury management.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
∎ Conduct regular financial reviews, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
∎ Ensure compliance with accounting principles, tax regulations, and internal control procedures.
∎ Lead the annual audit process and manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory authorities.
∎ Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting.
∎ Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements specific to the Food & Beverage industry.
∎ Proficiency in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills.
∎ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a finance team.
∎ Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 40000 - 70000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary is negotiable for more qualified candidates.
