Additional Requirements: 🔹 Educational Requirements
Minimum HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) or equivalent.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business, Marketing, or related fields) is preferred but not mandatory.
🔹 Experience Requirements
0–2 years of experience in field sales, telemarketing, microinsurance, or financial services.
Freshers with strong communication and motivation to work in sales are encouraged to apply.
Prior experience in mobile financial services, FMCG, or insurance sales will be an added advantage.

- Sales & Customer Acquisition
- Promote and sell insurance products such as mobile-based health insurance, life insurance, or other services offered by Milvik.
- Identify and approach potential customers in assigned territories or regions.
- Generate leads through various methods (cold calls, referrals, walk-ins, and door-to-door visits). Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets by actively seeking new clients and expanding the customer base.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure high retention rates and provide support for any issues or queries.
- Assist customers in understanding the features and benefits of the insurance products.
- Provide guidance and information on policy claims, renewals, and other services.
- Product Knowledge
- Stay updated on product offerings and new services from Milvik, so that customers can be provided with accurate information.
- Ensure that customers understand the terms, coverage, and benefits of the insurance products, assisting with paperwork if needed.
- Market Research & Feedback
- Collect customer feedback and report trends or challenges to the management team to improve product offerings or customer service.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead of market demands and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Data Entry & Reporting
- Record and update customer information in the system, ensuring accurate data entry and management.
- Provide regular sales reports to management, tracking performance, conversion rates, and any challenges faced.
- Compliance & Ethics
- Adhere to the company’s sales guidelines and comply with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain high ethical standards in dealing with customers, ensuring transparent communication and ethical selling practices.
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the sales team and management to strategize on expanding market presence.
- Occasionally, train or mentor new FSAs to ensure the team is well-equipped to meet targets.
- Other Duties
- Assist with marketing activities and promotional campaigns in the field.
- Participate in company-organized events or activities to boost brand visibility.
