Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters from any recognized University or Institute with minimum 2nd division or equivalent CGPA.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise day to day functional activities of CHA in targeted location
∎ Provide necessary help and assistance to the CM and CHA
∎ Manage relationship with relevant stakeholders, community and tribal elders, local organizations and communities
∎ Assist organizing various workshops, trainings and planning
∎ Assist in ensuring field based project staffs receive relevant skill training and knowledge development required for effective and efficient project administration and implementation.
∎ Act as a field level representative, as called upon by the project supervisor during review meetings, evaluation and discussions.
∎ Supervise, coach and mentor field staffs for smooth project implementation
∎ Ensure a coordinated and collaborative approach is undertaken among field staffs to achieve desired outcomes
∎ Take regular update from Community Health Advisor (CHA) and provide them necessary guidelines
∎ Provide update of activities to the management on a regular basis
∎ Help field staffs to achieve monthly and yearly revenue targets
∎ Establish and maintain a good relationship within the business community

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 1 year of working experience in the field of conservation and development is required.
∎ Good communication in Bangla and English
∎ Adequate skills in computer applications to keep records
∎ Data entry capabilities, staff management
∎ Responds positively to critical feedback and differing points of view
∎ Remains calm, in control and good humored even under pressure
