  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Application Program including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

  • Design and facilitate gatherings, meetings and trainings that are engaging, inclusive, participative and productive.

  • Have minimum knowledge on Gender Equality, Disability and Social Inclusion (GEDSI) and nurture GEDSI sensitive mindset

Responsibilities & Context:

With the emerging need to align ourselves with the strategy and doing more with less, need for People & Culture to position as business partners has become not only essential but also the critical need of the hour.

With the increase in the expectations on the delivery and quality of the HR personnel as business partners requires P&C to be relook at the job description. This position coordinates and administers P&C services in respective cluster ensuring P&C policies & procedures are followed in the areas of talent acquisition, staff engagement, employee relations, and learning & development.

Being a Business Partner for Cluster Field Office, this position deals with all people and culture issues and provide effective support to AP/ACP/Projects.

Additionally, the People & Culture Business Partner collaborates with key internal teams, such as Gender Equality, Disability, and Social Inclusion (GEDSI), PEER Support, and the Faith & Staff Formation (F&SF) teams, to drive staff engagement initiatives, fostering a positive and inclusive organizational culture. The role also includes technical support for systems like Workday, Google/MS Forms, and other tools to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency

Key Deliverables:

  • Talent Acquisition; Coordinate to acquiring talents up to GL14 for the respective filed and provide technical support to the NO TA team in acquiring talents for GL15-above on time.

  • Partnering for Performance; support employees/managers on partnering for performance through prescribed performance management system running in each Cluster.

  • Employee Relations and Risk Management.

  • Organizational Development/Learning and Development.

  • Ensure required support for field programme (Facilitator engagement process, Others)

  • Facilitate partner assessment and support to strengthen partner capacity.

  • Coordinate to provide Peer Support and initiative to ensure Staffs well-being.

  • Ensure that all necessary employee information is accurately updated in Workday, reflecting real-time changes to maintain data integrity.

  • Coordinate to provide organizational documents/letter as per requirements.

  • Provide necessary clarification and support to respective field for budgeting and planning.

  • Provide monthly payroll feedback for the respective fields.

  • Ensure Service Award profile and Certificate of respective awardees.

  • Coordinated to employee ensure exit process in on time.

  • Perform as RDMT team members to ensure required support in emergency response.

  • Provide necessary support to respective managers and leaders to resolve team conflicts.

  • Ensure required assistance to respective DD-FOs and P&C Lead.

  • Provide support to technical team for implementing organizational Gender Equality, Disability and Social Inclusion (GEDSI) Action Plan.
