Responsibilities & Context:
- Act as the focal point of the feeding program in the assigned upazila.
- Liaise with Upazila Education Office, school headteachers, and local administration.
- Supervise Monitoring Assistants and coordinate school-level delivery verification.
- Troubleshoot delivery delays, shortages, or quality issues.
- Monitor suppliers, drivers, and field packers for compliance.
- Collect school-level feedback and report to the head office weekly.
- Organize community and school engagement activities.
- Visit assigned schools daily to verify delivery, food quantity, and quality.
- Collect signed delivery notes from headteachers and cross-check with dispatch records.
- Report shortages, damages, or delivery delays immediately to the Upazila Coordinator.
- Support data collection for government and donor reporting.
- Provide feedback on student acceptance, wastage, or issues at the school level.
