Job Responsibilities:
∎ SMART implementation of planned project activities
∎ Support in an assessment for job market, industry’s trade-skill gap and skill providers at local level
∎ Identify and select targeted people from poor and extreme poor households to participate in a transformation process for training and job
∎ Continue communication and counselling with training participants to ensure intime and proper participation in the training
∎ Liaison and build up relationship with community base skill provider, skilled people, local job providers for employment
∎ Support the vocational training and post job monitoring
∎ Organize farmers group and conduct farmers meeting
∎ Work for grant and input support to the marginal and landless farmers
∎ Motivate and continue counselling for resilient farming through group farming or collective farming practice
∎ Work for relationship build up with project areas farmers and market linkage
∎ Support to functional water management committee
∎ Motivate and continue counselling to proper use of community public water ponds, mobilize local resources and advocate with local government to increase support to address the water crisis at community and ward level.
∎ Facilitate Union level WATSAN Committees to develop plan to supply safe water for vulnerable communities
∎ Select extreme poor household for rain water harvesting where pond is not available from the project working area
∎ Conduct count yard meeting, group meetings, campaigns for implementing project activities
∎ Support to observe different planned days
∎ Continue liaison with community water management committee, SMC, LGIs and other relevant stakeholders
∎ Provide BCC at HH, community and school level to change behavior change on hygiene improvement and WASH
∎ Organize field level visits, support to audit, assessment and evaluation if or when needed
∎ Participate different training, meeting, workshop
∎ Prepare monthly action plan and report
Additional Requirements:
∎ Practicing gender and cultural diversity
∎ Experience in working as part of a team
∎ Willing to work with partially flexible work hours
∎ Able to operate virtual platform like Skype/Zoom/Team etc
∎ Able to ride bicycle at the rural and coastal area
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 22000 (Monthly)
