∎ BA/equivalent degree in Business, agriculture, Social Science, or similar degree

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure daily activity report through various tools (e.g. google sheet, KoBo)
∎ Mobilize communities, where appropriate, to participate fully in the program
∎ Conduct community Consultation Meeting and identify needs and gaps in the project area
∎ Conduct survey and finalize places for the YDC
∎ Form relevant committees and provide training to them
∎ Monitor and supervise the YDC in the project area
∎ Provide skill development training on IGA to selected beneficiaries
∎ Provide orientation on project activities to selected beneficiaries
∎ Support to organize and facilitate different orientation workshop, meeting etc.
∎ Implement all planned activities as per objective and prepare reports
∎ Use participatory approaches as far as possible throughout the program cycle, in training, in the use of toolkits and other materials
∎ Ensure that activities are in line with SPHERE standards
∎ Ensure protection mainstreaming
∎ Maintain liaison with relevant government departments/agencies, other organizations and relevant stakeholders involved in relevant interventions
∎ Perform any other related duties or responsibilities that may be assigned by the project team
∎ Organize youth community, arrange training, provide IGA, monitor and capacitate the youth community
∎ Provide “learn to earn and Learn to lead” curriculum training to the beneficiaries
∎ Collect and document feedback/complaints from the field
∎ Maintain strong coordination with stakeholders
∎ Conduct baseline and end line survey
∎ Prepare monthly activities report and work plan
∎ Prepare weekly and bi-weekly report
∎ Prepare case stories
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ At Least 2 Years’ experience in Livelihoods, skill development, and youth employment
∎ Competent in using MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access and PowerPoint presentation
∎ Practicing gender, PSEA, Safeguarding, code of conduct and cultural diversity
∎ Skill to operate virtual platform like Skype/Zoom/Team etc.
∎ Able to drive motorcycle and will have valid driving license
Salary: Tk. 38000 (Monthly)
