Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify potential beneficiary/participants as per project requirements.
∎ Conduct day to day training or orientation to the project participants.
∎ Ensure the awareness raising/sensitize communities through message dissemination using different communication channels including IEC material distribution.
∎ Collaborate and collect primary and secondary list of affected households with contact details from local administrations
∎ Facilitate to the Financial Service Provider (FSP) open of Mobile banking accounts (Like: bKash, Rocket, Nagad, etc) and provision of financial literacy ensuring COVID safety measures.
∎ Provide and organize community session for development of IGA and other development works.
∎ Provide necessary support/information prior to (Multi Purpose Cash Grant) MPCG cash transfer
∎ Introduce the beneficiaries about the complaint mechanism to address Accountability for Affected Population (AAP)
∎ Conduct household visits (on sample and need basis) for verification of correct receipt of
∎ entitlements taking all safety measures of COVID-19
∎ Provide Technical training to Disaster Management Committee's (DMCs) particularly in emergency project
∎ Participate in project activity orientation in emergency response through online (e.g. Skype/ZOOM/TEAMS).
∎ Maintain close relationship with the community people as well as Ward and Union Disaster Management Committee.
∎ Ensure quality work at the field level.
∎ Assist Upazila Coordinator/Upazila Manager to implement the Programme at the field level and to prepare progress report.
∎ Posting place: Union level under Satkhira, Khulna, Barguna, Patuakhali and Cox's Bazar

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 03 years relevant job experience. Experience on livelihood, food security, DRR & CCA related projects.
∎ Able to operate Skype/Zoom/other online platform and provide Skype/Zoom/other online platform user ID.
∎ Able to drive bicycle at the rural and coastal area.
∎ Able to mobilize community

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
