∎ Diploma in agriculture with 02 years relevant experience or Bachelor degree with 5 years relevant experience

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Community mobilization for smooth implementation of the project.
∎ Ensure Beneficiary selection and Group Formation are on track.
∎ Keep a close relationship with the Rohingya communities.
∎ Cash for Work and IGA implementation monitoring.
∎ Maintain liaison with relevant government departments/ agencies
∎ Communicate with different service providers in input-output actors and build linkage with markets.
∎ Provide and organize community sessions for development of IGA.
∎ Regular field visit as per objective and prepare reports.
∎ Conduct day to day planning of work i.e. meeting, training or other events.
∎ Support to facilitate different orientation, workshop, meeting etc.
∎ Liaison for backward and forward linkages with private sector service provider in agricultural sector.
∎ Prepare monthly activities report and monthly work plan.
∎ Record keeping and supporting work on livelihood, food security related tasks.
∎ Ensure quality work at the field level.
∎ Ensure proper documentation of work.
∎ Developing and submitting reports in a timely manner.
∎ Regular communication with supervisor.
∎ Sharing lessons learnt and best practices to program management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Living in the local community and vulnerable households is preferred
∎ Willingness and commitment to work closely with beneficiaries
∎ Experience preferred in livelihood development program
∎ Require planning and implementation skill
∎ Able to mobilize community and to facilitate group session
∎ Positive attitude to work in a team and reputation for integrity
∎ Respected by local people and leaders and known to be conscientious
∎ Able to ride bicycle at the rural and coastal area.
Salary: Tk. 34000 - 37400 (Monthly)
