Job Context:
∎ The Field Facilitator Girls Economic Empowerment (GEE) will be responsible for conducting wealth ranking for identifying targeted households at village level. He / She will conduct regular sessions for groups and will provide supports for developing Family Development and Business Development Plans. The incumbent will also conduct local market scan, and will provide technical support for promoting self and wage employment. S/he reports to the Technical Coordinator- GEE.
∎ Job Location: At Union level
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support to select mentor and mentees for self employment
∎ Maintain close relationship with the community people at village, ward level of respective union
∎ Group formation, develop their capacity related with economic empowerment and maintain register
∎ Conduct regular group meeting and maintain documentation
∎ Assist to conduct scan of local job market and establish linkage
∎ Organize training, meeting, orientation of different groups and community
∎ Prepare family development plan and business development plan
∎ Relevant data collection for IGA selection
∎ Support IGA activities such as assets transfer, small enterprise and progress follow up
∎ Ensure quantity and quality of work at the field level
∎ Collect significant case stories and appropriate photos and submit to supervisor regularly
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 02 years prior experience to work this type of position with NGO.
∎ Practicing gender and cultural diversity
∎ Able to operate Skype/Zoom and provide user ID
∎ Able to operate android mobile phone
∎ Ability to establish strong relationships with stakeholders Friendly, approachable personality
∎ Able to drive bicycle at the rural and coastal area
∎ Able to mobilize community
∎ An understanding of project implementation
∎ Self-motivated
∎ Ability to self-learn
Salary:
∎ BDT 17,716.00 to 19,310.00 per month
