We are looking for a Female Online Sales & Customer Service Executive (Showroom Based) who will work from our showroom and handle all online customer queries, orders, and support services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer communication through Facebook Page, Website, and Phone.

• Call customers to confirm orders received from Facebook/Website.

• Provide instant online service and support to customers regarding size, fitting, exchange, or any other issues.

• Handle order packing and ensure accurate delivery process.

• Maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

• Assist showroom walk-in customers if required.

• Work closely with the sales team to achieve customer service excellence.

Job Context:
This is a showroom-based job where the selected candidate must sit at the showroom and handle online customer service and sales operations.
