Job Context

Stunner Mart is a growing fashion retail brand in Bangladesh. We are expanding our team and looking for experienced and dedicated staff for our Mohammadpur branch and online operations. Candidates must have 1–2 years of experience in related fields and be able to work responsibly with customers and team members.

Job Responsibilities

🔹 1. Website & Online Operations Executive

• Maintain and update the website

• Call customers and confirm orders

• Solve customer issues professionally

• Ensure correct products are delivered to customers

• Manage order processing, packaging, and dispatch

• Coordinate with delivery partners
  👉 Experience Required: 1–2 years

🔹 2. Branch Manager – Mohammadpur Branch

• Manage customer sales and provide proper guidance

• Supervise and monitor staff performance

• Maintain store display, cleanliness, and daily operations

• Ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction

• Report daily sales and activities to head office
  👉 Experience Required: 1–2 years in retail/store management

🔹 3. Salesman – Mohammadpur Branch

• Assist customers with product selection

• Provide product information clearly and confidently

• Maintain product display and shop cleanliness

• Achieve daily sales targets

• Handle customer inquiries and maintain positive behavior
  👉 Experience Required: 1–2 years in sales

• Over time allowance,Profit share
