🔹 Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer orders from Facebook & Website.
Pack online orders and ensure timely delivery preparation.
Manage customer communication inside the shop & on social platforms.
Maintain good behavior with customers and provide excellent service.
Keep records of sales and assist in shop operations.
Salesman must focus on increasing sales and providing product knowledge to customers.
🔹 Employment Status: Full-time
🔹 Educational Requirements:
Minimum HSC / Bachelor (preferable)
Sales experience will be considered an advantage.
🔹 Requirements:
Good communication skills in Bangla (Basic English will be a plus).
Must be honest, punctual, and customer-friendly.
Ability to work under pressure.

Job Responsibilities (Manager):
Supervise and manage daily shop operations.
Communicate with online customers via Facebook, Messenger, and Website orders.
Ensure all online orders are packed properly and delivered on time.
Handle customer queries and provide product information.
Maintain stock records, sales reports, and cash handling.
Train and monitor salesmen to achieve sales targets.
Ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
Job Responsibilities (Salesman):
Assist customers inside the shop with product selection.
Maintain good behavior and ensure quality service to all customers.
Pack website and Facebook orders correctly under manager’s guidance.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Keep the shop organized, clean, and customer-friendly.
Build strong relationships with walk-in customers to encourage repeat
business.
