Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media
Handle client inquiries professionally and politely
Provide information about company services
Follow up with clients and maintain records
Support customer onboarding and profiles

Requirements:
Female candidate only
Minimum HSC / Diploma / Graduate
Good communication skills in Bangla and basic English
