Responsibilities & Context:

Collect Customer Feedback:

  • Reach out to customers after their purchase to gather feedback on the product.

  • Conduct surveys, phone calls, and follow-up emails to gauge customer satisfaction.

  • Use social media platforms to monitor and engage with customers about their experience with the product.

Analyze Customer Insights:

  • Compile and analyze the collected data to identify trends, common issues, or areas for improvement.

  • Report findings to the product development team and management.

Handle Customer Complaints and Queries:

  • Address any customer concerns regarding the product.

  • Provide troubleshooting or solutions for product-related problems.

    Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Teams:

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align feedback with product messaging and promotion strategies.

  • Suggest improvements or features based on customer input.

    Maintain Customer Relations:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing personalized follow-ups and assistance where needed.

  • Identify Common Customer Preferences

  • Address Negative Feedback Quickly & Encourage Positive Reviews

  • Influence customers with repeated purchases.

    Report Preparation:

  • Create detailed reports on feedback and performance metrics such as customer satisfaction, product performance, and any recurring issues.
