Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Reach out to customers after their purchase to gather feedback on the product.
∎ Conduct surveys, phone calls, and follow-up emails to gauge customer satisfaction.
∎ Use social media platforms to monitor and engage with customers about their experience with the product.
∎ Compile and analyze the collected data to identify trends, common issues, or areas for improvement.
∎ Report findings to the product development team and management.3. Handle Customer Complaints and Queries:
∎ Address any customer concerns regarding the product.
∎ Provide troubleshooting or solutions for product-related problems.4. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Teams:

∎ Create detailed reports on feedback and performance metrics such as customer satisfaction, product performance, and any recurring issues.
