∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Proven experience in managing Meta Ads campaigns, with a focus on e-commerce.
∎ Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, and other Meta advertising tools.
∎ Deep knowledge of audience targeting, lookalike audiences, and A/B testing.
∎ Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
∎ Experience with tracking tools (e.g., Pixel, Google Analytics) and other analytics platforms.
∎ Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
∎ A results-oriented mindset with a focus on scaling profitable campaigns.
∎ Experience managing daily ad budgets of $1000 - $1500 or more.
∎ Experience with WordPress or other e-commerce platforms.
∎ Knowledge of sales funnels, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
∎ Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for reporting and data analysis.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop, implement, and optimize high-performing Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta platforms.
∎ Analyze performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
∎ Create and test ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies for different products and audiences.
∎ Set up conversion tracking, retargeting, and dynamic product ads to maximize sales.
∎ Work closely with the design and content teams to ensure that ads are aligned with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences.
∎ Manage daily and weekly budgets, ensuring optimal ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
∎ Continuously monitor and adjust campaigns to achieve the best possible results.
∎ Stay up-to-date with the latest Meta Ads trends, updates, and best practices.
∎ Provide regular performance reports and insights to the management team.
