Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Information Systems, Master of Science (MSc) in Statistics, Master of Business Studies (MBS)
∎ Bachelor’s /Master's in Statistics will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 9 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garments, Accessories Manufacturing, Experience in RMGTextile sector is desirable

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make own production plan by analyzing resources of Central Planning.
∎ Prepare the production schedule as per the buyer requirement.
∎ Follow up received & delivery status and prepare the report as per plan.
∎ Value Stream mapping i.e. maintaining Buyer Wise SOP & TNA
∎ Follow up production floor and maintain required MIS.
∎ Elemental Study (Time Study, Motion Study) for fixing Norms.
∎ Work with capacity planning & facility layout.
∎ Prepare & submit the monthly report.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 42 to 47 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to create and lead a team-based environment;
∎ Should have knowledge and experience regarding PLANNING in production
∎ Demonstrated abilities in process improvement of garment management.
∎ Report presentation skills and interpersonal skills;
