Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Master degree in Economics/Finance/Accounting or Business Administration.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Will work with customer service very closely and will handle customer disputes as per agreed SLA.
∎ Communicate with third party, vendors, stakeholder for settlement of disputed transactions.
∎ Communicate with Service Provider vendors, stakeholder for dispute settlement issue.
∎ Provide internal operational support to call center or customer experience team.
∎ Prepare necessary reports by coordinating with revenue assurance department/MIS department and take management approval to initiate refund process.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ At least 6 years of relevant work experience, particularly in settlement operations in banking or Fintech industry.
∎ Knowledge of the banking and Fintech industry.
∎ Efficient and thorough; strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment; firm commitment on quality and excellence.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills, able to develop relationships with multiple stakeholders throughout an organization.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Self-motivated, able to work independently in a relatively unstructured environment.
∎ Proficiency with MS Office applications particularly MS Excel.
∎ Knowledge of accounting and financial concepts, experience with bank accounting and financial statement analysis.
∎ Ability to identify and resolve potential issues problems.
