Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in Fashion Design, Technical Design, or related field from a well-reputed institute.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Adobe illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Fashion Designing, Garments coordination, Pattern making
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Buying House, Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare mood boards from research according to themes.
∎ PPT creation for buyer development and design studio development.
∎ Take photos of new development for archives.
∎ Creating softcopy archive for new print/embroidery artwork.
∎ Prepare PPTs of new buyers.
∎ Help team to prepare design studio, showroom, meeting room during buyer visit.
∎ Ability to create techpack for new designs.
∎ Research on Overall trends. Research for Prints. Research for Embroidery. Help in Design Studio organization.
∎ Work on flat drawings if any. Help team members with print creation from their ideas. Updating daily work calendar report.
∎ Taking and resizing photos of buyer samples/development samples.
∎ Ability to create designs on 3d Clo.
∎ Knowledge of different software's for example adobe Photoshop, adobe illustrator & others.
∎ Should have clear understanding and knowledge about fashion design to create new styling.
∎ Should have good knowledge about fabrication and its character for styling.
∎ Should have capability to create own sketches for product development and design process.
∎ Should have good knowledge of production feasibility while creating any design.
∎ Ensure the timely and successful design and development of products in line with the customers' requirement.
∎ Research latest fashion trends in the market and competitor activities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Must have excellent knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, and technical specifications.
∎ Should have a solid understanding of materials, fabrics, and trims commonly used in Retail fashion.
∎ Must be proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
∎ Exceptional creativity, imagination, and artistic flair.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail.
∎ Must be a self-starter with strong initiative and work ethics.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail.
∎ Strong software abilities on Adobe CS6 Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop as well as Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
∎ Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate design concepts and ideas.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships work as a team.
∎ Should be presentable, smart, and energetic.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English
