∎ BGMEA University of Fashion & Technology (BUFT), Shanto-Mariam University of Creative Technology students will get preference.
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Fashion Designing.

Requirements:

∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
∎ 4-5+ years of experience in fashion design (preferably in an export-oriented garment factory).
∎ Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD, Emails).
∎ Knowledge of fabric properties, garment construction, and pattern making.
∎ Excellent ability in using modern designing applications and software
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
∎ Must have good speaking and writing skills in English.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Research global fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and trims for upcoming seasons.
∎ Create innovative designs, mood board, sketches, and tech packs, concept presentations, and sample collections for buyers.
∎ Collaborate with merchandising and production teams to ensure design feasibility and ensure quality standards.
∎ Maintain close relationship with the marketing and merchandising team to create ranges for all customers.
∎ Research fashion trends and market demand
∎ Work closely with buyers to align designs with their requirements.
∎ Ensure designs meet quality, fit, and compliance standards.
∎ Select appropriate fabrics, embroidery styles, color palettes, and embellishments.
∎ Follow market trends and provide input for seasonal collections.
∎ Conduct regular research on competitors and fashion trends (local & international).
∎ Collaborating with technical designer to ensure development packages are accurate.
∎ Design & develop knit fabrics for buyers
∎ Negotiating with customers and suppliers
∎ Any other responsibility assign by the management.
