∎ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
∎ Minimum 8 years of experience in factory/project operations or industrial plant management.
∎ Proven experience in facility setup, factory operations, and team supervision.
∎ Strong understanding of safety, compliance, and maintenance processes.
∎ Ability to manage multiple tasks and teams across diverse project environments.
∎ Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and supervise the setup of factory infrastructure, machinery, and utilities.
∎ Oversee all factory and project operations, ensuring alignment with production timelines and quality standards.
∎ Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage day-to-day operations and troubleshoot issues.
∎ Ensure smooth facility maintenance, repair schedules, and equipment servicing.
∎ Develop operational SOPs and ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards.
∎ Prepare and manage operational budgets and procurement of required tools, materials, and services.
∎ Liaise with third-party vendors, contractors, and government authorities as required.
∎ Maintain documentation and reporting for operational KPIs and progress tracking.
∎ Support scale-up plans and expansion projects as per company growth goals.
