∎ Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
∎ A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
∎ Familiarity with design, photo and video editing software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
∎ A keen eye for aesthetics and details
∎ Excellent communication skills in Bangla and English
∎ Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
∎ Previous experience in a big advertising agency is a must

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Create visually engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print media
∎ Generate illustrations, logos, and various designs using design software
∎ Conceptualize visual elements in accordance with project specification
∎ Develop and maintain brand consistency across all design projects
∎ Collaborate with teams to understand design requirements and objectives
∎ Use industry-standard design software to produce high-quality visual assets
∎ Stay updated with the latest design trends, resources, and techniques to continually enhance our visual aesthetics
∎ Ensure the final output meets quality and technical standards· Manage and update internal design, photography, and video databases
∎ Coordinate with Marketing and Sales teams to support their design requirements
∎ Perform any other relevant tasks as delegated by the management
∎ Edit raw footage into cohesive and engaging videos, following the brand's style and guidelines
∎ Arrange video segments, audio, graphics, and visual effects to create a compelling narrative
∎ Select the best shots, angles, and transitions to enhance storytelling
∎ Enhance video quality through color correction, audio adjustment, and other post-production techniques
∎ Stay updated with video editing software and techniques to ensure efficient workflow
∎ Incorporate feedback from team members and clients to refine video content
∎ Optimize videos for different platforms and formats while ensuring technical quality
