Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Factory Manager to join our garment accessories company.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire factory operation, ensuring smooth production flow, maintaining quality standards, and managing manpower efficiently.
This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to optimize resources for maximum productivity. The Factory Manager will coordinate with production, quality control, maintenance, and supply chain teams to ensure timely and cost-effective output while maintaining safety and compliance across all operations.
