Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily factory operations (20–30 workers).

• Manage raw materials receiving and issuing.

• Coordinate processing, production, and packaging materials matching.

• Supervise truck loading/unloading and ensure proper documentation.

• Ensure product quality according to company requirements.

• Maintain production schedules and workflow efficiency.

• Report production status and issues to management in a timely manner.

Employment Status: Full-time (Preferred to stay at the factory)
Workplace: Work at factory premises

Educational Requirements:

Minimum HSC / Diploma / Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)

Technical or management background preferred

Experience Requirements:

At least 2 years in factory supervision or management (food/snacks industry preferred)

Fresh candidates with strong logic and leadership skills may apply
