∎ Prince Group of Companies Limited is a leading Food Manufacturing Industries, We have 100 of consumer food product - such as Prince Pani, Doracake, Jam, Jelly, Sauces, Ketchup, Noodles, Honey etc. Prince food products is exporting to different countries like USA, Canada, Australia, England, Greece, Italy, Korea, Kuwait, U.A.E., and Malaysia with goodwill. Prince Food Products Limited is a Manufacturing company of Bangladesh. It currently has 25 on-going concerns from management to manufacturing and others services. Consumer need will always be our philosophy for manufacturing and marketing of products.
∎ Reports to:
∎ Managing Director, Chairman
∎ Location: Factory- Saver, Hemayetpur, Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monthly basis Demand Planning for several Brand / Several type of food and beverage product, Approval from Management
∎ Monthly Interactive discussion with Marketing, Finance, Factory team for effective Demand planning, Accuracy & Variance Reporting.
∎ Technical & Customs duty aspect, Product pre-costing
∎ Report on Pre & post Costing for imported stock,
∎ Communicate with Factory for stock arrival schedule, get Production plan, action for unbalance stock at Factory
∎ Incoming foreign and local raw materials optimization of Factory production schedule as per annual operating plan.
∎ Preparing a monthly expenditure verification report and submitting it to the Top Management.
∎ Responsible for Tax and VAT related issues.
∎ Providing technical support to colleagues in food factory related issues.
∎ Preparing monthly staff attendance sheets and ensuring regular updates.
∎ Maintaining an effective filing system of staffs' leave record, personal file and other administrative file.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 07 years experience as Factory Manager at any food manufacturing industries. Priority will be given on highly experienced person.
∎ Advanced user skill in MS Office.
∎

∎ Financial analytical skills.
∎ Admin and HR policy skills
∎ Labor Law skills
∎ Basic Knowledge about BSTI rules of product
∎ Knowledge about ISO, HACCP and food related food safety rules & regulation.
∎ Factory cost management skills
∎ Communication both in oral and written English and Bangla.
∎ Ability and willingness to work in team.
∎ PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS
∎ Understanding of human rights.
∎ Ability and willingness to work with people of different backgrounds.
∎ Contribute constructively to a working environment based on mutual respect and trust.
∎ Ability to cope with stress and work under difficult circumstances
