Job Context:
∎ Job Location: Bagbari, Syampur, Hemayetpur, Savar, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable to follow up and lead all store personnel for smooth functioning of store dept.
∎ Supervise all incoming store operational issues.
∎ Control of Raw materials, mechanical & electrical spare parts, finished goods and Packaging Materials.
∎ To prepare monthly & annual budget for spares of store.
∎ Maintaining the Stability and reputation of the store by complying with requirements.
∎ Distribute as per requirement and receive incoming materials as per challan.
∎ Maintain inventory properly.
∎ Develop and implement improvement plans.
∎ Ensure all orders are properly documented and released for pick-up.
∎ Liaison with commercial, production, Q.A and other related dept. effectively.
∎ All kind of incoming materials Issue.
∎ Any other job assigned by the higher Management
∎ Also maintain FIFO & LIFO System.
∎ Capable for ERP software operating.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Priority will be given on the basis of experience in Store in charge of food products co.
∎ Computer Literacy: MS Word, Excel, Mail Correspondence, Internet browsing.
Salary: Negotiable
