∎ Diploma in Electrical and Electronics/BSc in EEE or Mechanical.

∎ Age Minimum 40 years.
∎ Must have experience in plastic factory.
∎ Must have knowledge about PP, HDPE, LDPE, PET, & One time Product.
∎ Consumption knowledge.
∎ Must be able to take responsibility with honesty, sincerity and professionalism.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, written & oral communication skills.
∎ Must have knowledge in MS office, MS Excel, Power point and E-mail.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for making effective monthly production plan/advance plan of the orders in consultation and coordination with marketing, production and others relevant team.
∎ Reviewing production plan with capacity and strength along with ensuring timely delivery through strong production follow up.
∎ Prepare and design layout of man, machine and materials based on order to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity.
∎ Analyze and develop plans for improving work-flow, space and labor utilization and design equipment layout.
∎ Ensure the accurate & optimal capacity planning, while ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability and follow up floors for effectively planning implementation.
∎ Forecasting target for daily and monthly & work with team to achieve the target and monitor hourly production record as set.
∎ Responsible for order wise input/output record.
∎ Ensure training & motivate workers to achieve target without compromising quality.
∎ To collect daily production data and other performance data.
∎ Any other assigned by management.
