∎ Masters of Business Administration (Major in HRM)
∎ Post graduate Diploma in Human Resource management/ LLB

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, Factory HR Administration, General HR, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Labor Union Management, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, Organization Development/ Process Improvement, Performance & Career Management, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage total HR, Admin & compliance of the woven factory.
∎ Prepare manpower budget, man power planning and recruitment accordingly.
∎ Design Compensation and Benefits package for the employees and bring it into the Breakeven Point.
∎ Prepare and design performance management systems and implement with different tools.
∎ Supervise on payroll and compensation management.
∎ Disciplinary action and grievance handling as per organization policy and labour law
∎ Supervise on training needs assessment, Prepare training module, Prepare Training Calendar, Arrange training program, conduct and supervise training program, Evaluate training effectiveness.
∎ Prepare Policy and update it as per requirement.
∎ Prepare Organization Structure.
∎ Team leader of the compliance team of the group. Improve, maintain and introduce new regulation in terms of compliance with the Electrical safety, fire safety, Building safety etc.
∎ Face all types of compliance audit.
∎ Prepare Corrective action plan with finding the root causes to eliminate the issues permanently
∎ Maintain and ensure all factories follow the buyer Code Of Conduct
∎ Maintain and Update company policy and Code of Conduct
∎ Dealing with Buyer and third party auditor on compliance issue.
∎ Dealing with foreign delegates for their Product and compliance concerns
∎ Maintaining liaison with concerned Govt. offices, BGMEA, Labour ministry, to get the update on time and ensure all the factory gets updated information.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Maintain HRIS
∎ Able to work on MS Office Packages

Salary: Negotiable
