∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Administration, Factory operations, Problem solving and analytical skill, Production/ Operation Management, Strong leadership and team management skill
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Plastic/ Polymer Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure Production as per planning.
∎ Maintain production and QC productivity at optimum level.
∎ Responsible for production status whether it is meeting the production plan or not.
∎ Establish and maintain all company policies.
∎ Develop efficient strategies that reduce production costs where possible.
∎ Innovate, improvise, formulate and implement new concepts, techniques, methods and standard operating procedures (SOP) in production and operational management to achieve better quality and productivity.
∎ Maintain good industrial/ labor relations in the factory.
∎ Plan, organize, direct and co-ordinate the total activities of the Factory.
∎ Ensure production planning, purchase requisition/requirement, production and available stock as per market demand.
∎ Ensure proper accomplishment of (i) Raw material quality control, (ii) Process Control, (iii) Finished product quality control.
∎ To ensure or maximum production capacity of each and every machinery.
∎ Contribute to smooth production and operations & management in the factory to meet product delivery/ shipment deadlines.
∎ Ensure & measure each employee’s productivity with less wastage & maximum output.
∎ Others new jobs assigned by Management.
