As a Factory Manager, you will be the driving force behind our production success. We are looking for a highly effective leader to ensure our fast-growing company meets and exceeds its production goals. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining high-quality standards and efficiency.

​Key Responsibilities:

• Factory Manager will develop sample as per buyer requirement
• in coordination with marketing team.
• He will responsible for quality production as per order deadline.
• He will make production cost and ensure wastage reduce.
• Make production plan as per buyer requirement basis.
• Make delivery plan as per buyer requirement.
• He will make sure that available raw materials are stocked for production.
• Responsible for smooth functioning of factory machineries. in this respect technical team will provide proper technical support.
• Proper recruitment of factory workers/employees.
• Ensure Factory Fire and security safety.
• Local administration control.
• Any other responsibilities/tasks assigned by the Director/Managing Director.
