Responsibilities & Context:
As a Factory Manager, you will be the driving force behind our production success. We are looking for a highly effective leader to ensure our fast-growing company meets and exceeds its production goals. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining high-quality standards and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Factory Manager will develop sample as per buyer requirement
- in coordination with marketing team.
- He will responsible for quality production as per order deadline.
- He will make production cost and ensure wastage reduce.
- Make production plan as per buyer requirement basis.
- Make delivery plan as per buyer requirement.
- He will make sure that available raw materials are stocked for production.
- Responsible for smooth functioning of factory machineries. in this respect technical team will provide proper technical support.
- Proper recruitment of factory workers/employees.
- Ensure Factory Fire and security safety.
- Local administration control.
- Any other responsibilities/tasks assigned by the Director/Managing Director.
