- Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
- Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
- Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
Responsibilities & Context: Responsibilities & Context:
- Effectively processing and execution of orders.
- Keep tracking on each team mates daily work. Performs all tasks in accordance with quality procedures to achieve customer satisfaction and smooth work flow.
- Supports marketing and sales initiatives.
- Provides feedback regarding increase/decrease of business as a base for appropriate management decision making.
- Receives customer enquiries and initiates appropriate action after liaison with the respective CS team mate.
- Maintains records and reports in an organized manner.
- Communicate with customers regularly over phone and email.
- Good communication skills.
- Response to Client time to time.
- Follow up customers queries and update accordingly.
- Follow up orders.
- Regular report 20-30 based on demand.
Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
