  • Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
  • Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
  • Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.


Responsibilities & Context:

Responsibilities & Context:

  • Effectively processing and execution of orders.
  • Keep tracking on each team mates daily work. Performs all tasks in accordance with quality procedures to achieve customer satisfaction and smooth work flow.
  • Supports marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Provides feedback regarding increase/decrease of business as a base for appropriate management decision making.
  • Receives customer enquiries and initiates appropriate action after liaison with the respective CS team mate.
  • Maintains records and reports in an organized manner.
  • Communicate with customers regularly over phone and email.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Response to Client time to time.
  • Follow up customers queries and update accordingly.
  • Follow up orders.
  • Regular report 20-30 based on demand.

Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
