Experience:
Bachelor’s, Master’s Degree in Accounting .
Good communication in English (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.

Supervise Administrative Management.
Monitoring day to day cash flow, accounts and other financial transactions.
Facilitating development of credit process and strategies, ensuring day to day financial management and control.
Prepare and scrutinize various general ledger reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of reporting.
Ensuring up to date and accurate records for daily transactions.
Checking documents of petty cash expenses and preparing the summary for payments.
Maintaining the financial books of accounts and statements in compliance with the requirements of the related bodies - Auditors (internal & external), NBR, and Vat authorities
.Maintain all employee’s personal file records.
Planning for corporate and individual income tax for future periods and finalizing accordingly.
Monitoring legislative and regulatory TAX & VAT law developments, communicating the effects of these developments to management and the TAX & VAT team, and creating strategies to capitalize on changes to VAT & Taxation legislation.
Updating and implementing financial policies and procedures.
Preparing annual Financial Statements for banks and income tax office and management.
Defining policies and procedures for all cost accounting activities.
Ensuring accurate wage disbursement in all units in a timely manner and preparing unit wise monthly wage disbursement reports.
Ensuring payments of external parties in a disciplined and timely manner, preparing monthly reports.
Preparing monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and yearly reports with periodical analytical reports to the Management.
Formulating the Financial Audit every month.
Remind clients to make timely payments.
Oversee Costing, Fund Management, Investment, budget, Production analysis, Inventory, Business planning analysis, new project analysis, Cost control, Asset Management of all assigned Business Units.
Must be experienced in Accounting software like SAP, Tally, ERP etc.
Any other duties relating to Accounts, Finance & Administrative as assigned by the Management time to time.
