Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The selected candidate will be responsible to manage the overall factory management & Production related activities effectively & efficiently. Candidate should have high technical knowledge on Knit & woven garments production by maintaining highest efficiency level.
∎ The ideal candidate should have proven leadership & organizing skill to manage a team of around 300 employees & officials of the factory by addressing all the administrative & operational issues.
∎ Candidates who have experience of working as Factory/Production Manager in reputed Fashion House/Boutique House/export oriented Woven garments Factories are highly encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate should have adequate technical and management skills in production of Woven & Knit garments items.
∎ The candidate should have excellent Leadership, organizing & Coordination skill
∎ Should be sincere, hard working and result oriented
∎ Should have Computer Skill
