∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Plastic Industries, Production/ Operation Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Control and look after overall Production, Operation of plastic Products including administrative work.
∎ Supervising and Monitoring all department head of the factory.
∎ Able to reach and fulfill given target on Production.
∎ Analyze and produce report on a daily, weekly and Monthly basis.
∎ Plan, organize, direct, run, and optimize day-to- day Production & Operations.
∎ Define, develop and monitor the implementation of production plans.
∎ Maintain and ensure proper Safety and Health (Fire Safety and Management) measures.
∎ Develop, implement and monitor various cost control systems.
∎ Training for production staff on an ongoing basis.
∎ Must concrete a defect removal model to reach better effectiveness and process maturity level.
∎ Maintain appropriate stock of Raw Materials, Work In Progress and Finished Goods.
∎ Must have prompt idea about Labor Law.
∎ Monitor technical problems and ensure maintenance works to resolve all issues.
∎ Assess actual requirement of the manpower and source the right people for right place.
∎ Must have vast idea on process and recipe in case of formulating and introducing new products.
∎ Any other task assign by the management.
